Group Events at Vino Di Sedona

Vino Di Sedona is open to the public six days a week (we are closed on Mondays). As a general policy, we do not accept reservations; however, by coordinating a Group Event or Private Event with us, we can arrange an experience that will make your visit to Vino Di Sedona extra special.

We are open to the public during Group Events, and these types of events take place outdoors on our patio only, rain or shine. Group Events are designed for parties under 40 guests. Groups larger than 40people always require closing to the public.

During the planning process you’ll work with our event coordinator to create a custom food menu which includes special group pricing. When it comes to wine and beer, we have a vast selection! Vino Di Sedona has over 900 different wines and over 20 beers on tap, plus over 50 beers by the bottle/can. We truly have something for everyone, and will provide a curated wine/beer list that is tailored to your preferences.

Pricing for Group Events:

Daytime Events (Ending before 5 PM)
Groups 10-20 people - Event fee $200. Minimum food/alcohol $500 + tax + 20% gratuity
Groups 21-40 people- Event fee $200. Minimum food/ alcohol $1000 + tax + 20% gratuity.

Evening Events (Ending After 5 PM)
Groups 10-20 people - Event fee $300. Minimum food/alcohol $1000 + tax + 20% gratuity.
Groups 21-40 people - Event fee $300. Minimum food/ alcohol $1700 + tax + 20% gratuity.

Looking to dress up the venue space? We work with a linen rental company and many color options are available. Tablecloth linens are available at an additional cost.

Ready to Book Your Event With Us?

The Event Fee is required as a deposit in order to reserve your event date. If for any reason you cancel your event, (including acts of nature), payments are fully refundable up to two weeks prior to the event, minus credit card fees if applicable. Cancellations occurring within two weeks of the event are non-refundable.
